"MY POEM"



It's a lovely poem in romantic style, some says it’s an Old Sonnet, some it seems like it’s the Japanese Haiku, some of them even thought I copied it from Shakespeare’s poetry, but to tell you the truth it's a Free Black Verse from Africa. My friend once asked me "is it from where you came from?" and I told him yes comrade, you have never thought of me right, but for this I confess to you, it's true.

This poem of mine is short not that tall, it has a round title head with a long rhymes called chin. On the first verse you will see the softness in her eyes, in the left cheek there lays deep natural hollow called dimple discovered by beholder.

The first verse can tell how gorgeous my poem is, it can prove also why I can’t stop my eyes staring at this poem. Hope you will catch me on the second verse.

The second verse is covered by black lines called hijab, to disclose all the fact of second verse, might take time to undress the lines. The rhymes can be seen as half hard shelled of the coconut fruit on the chest, not that big to be calling them boobs rhymes.

The third verse anyone can put the hand around it if allowed. A thin part of all main body, I call it the waist of my poem, I never get used to it, always you will find my hand around it. Just caressing and tickling it in a good manner to see the moon sight on its round title head on the first verse.

The fourth verse is not that small, coz when my loosing hand is around it, my hand doesn't fall unless I want to read the firth verse.

The firth verse, the one which carries all verses, Once' I heard somebody say It's a thighs; the lines are smoother than a babies face, smoother than a face powder. The verse that can be seen attractive when covered with any kind of cloth.

At the toe of the firth verse, there lies a beautiful image of the magic feet that had never found the golden slippers.

Never get tired to compliment my poem, coz it touches me deep inside, can call it a New Lovetation Force coz since the time I had a crush on it, no matter how hard I tried, I can't pull myself back from where I was before reading it.  It's a unique poem that has changed my life, and this poem will stay with me forever if Jah bless, coz it was my first poem I had fallen for it on the first sight.

"Where I came from"



It’s a place where I know if you will take your time be there, you will understand the situations I have been through, you won’t regret wasting your time being there and your valuable time reading this article, but you ending up with positive thoughts in your mind, because where I came from made me what I am today. In short this is my story of where I came, where I am right now and where I want to be all the time when I feel bored or confused. It’s all about KUMKiCHWA and I.


What matters in life is not what you do but what you think you ought to do and you are willing to do in order to become what you want to be. Let the journey start along the highway on your left side on your way to the big city of Dar es salaam, few miles after the Himo Weighbridge at Njia panda Moshi district, go right for my direction, before capturing the Same district, there laying beautifully Pare mountains, the fold mountains. On top of you will see clouds’ covering the green and fresh leaves from the sun light. As you will stop there, kindly citizens of that area will give you a warmly welcome. Then go left for my direction and follow the tarmac road. You will be amazed by the natural vegetation and don’t panic if your eyes fall on coconut trees.

Towards the roundabout just go straight turn neither left nor right. As you go up you will start to see the down part of the Mwanga district, and don’t forget to take picture for your wallpaper, because it’s a trip you will never erase in your memories. After 12km from the main road to Dar es Salaam next stop will be at Kikweni, a junction of Gweno and Pare, either side you will see what I have been trying to tell you. Let me take you to my great grand land.

On your GPS just go straight don’t turn left. As you push the accelerator, now the downward part will be on your left side, let me remind you to carry a jacket or sweater during the month of June to Sept and Dec to March, you will feel the bones of your body cracking due to the cool and amazing 15C' – 20C'. You can carry your rain boots during the month of Jan to May because the mad wont left you clean enough on this mind adventure safari. Our next stop is Shighatini. You may call this place an academic area, an area which colonial schools are located also residential place for teachers.


After 5km from Shighatini now you can see the border between Usangi and Ugweno, the border was termed Mbakwe, it’s a river with huge stones. The place we use to fetch fresh logs for fire to be used in school kitchen. My High School was Kiriki, 5km from Mbakwe, don’t want take you down there, let me go straight because there is a point where you will view a nice picture like a bowl, and that is my high school. Just take picture for free, but to remind you, this is the area where Kumkichwa and I came from.


You can now view the high hills, call them Pare mountains, before the Maridhawa bus terminal, beneath the Mosque on your left side you can see the shape like drops of milk on the table, its lake Jipe, a symbol of victory to the Pares, just take the snap and then continue with your journey. The vegetations, green everywhere, natural everywhere. There you can see the features that can make you forget about all your troubles in your mind, it’s feels like adventure story in your mind, because of the imagination you have in your mind. But it’s not just a place to clear your mind it’s a place where you can learn how to be kind to one another.



Now you can say Washindadhe, Nrewedi, Jamithi, hetidhe aho? Just be as charming as you can to them. Let me tell you a little secrete, they will offer you a cup of tea or coffee, don’t resist, it’s just one cup of coffee and it won’t hurt. Be kind and your journey will be fanatic and you safari will be fantastic.

"Ni Uoga ama ni Ujasiri"




Katika makala iliyopita ya "MAPiNDUZi YA KWANZA Ni YA KUUSHiNDA UOGA NA UBiNAFSi" niligusia uoga na ubinafsi uliotawala nafsi za watu na kupelekea kwetu kushindwa kuleta mabadiliko chanya katika jamii zetu. Ila kwa mada ya leo ningependa tuelewe uoga ulio ndani yetu ni upi. Je ni uoga wa kuogopa ama ni ujasiri wa kutokuogopa.
Siku zinakwenda kila siku na miaka inapita kila mwaka, leo hakuna tofauti na ilivyokua jana na jana haina tofauti na juzi. Tumekuwa watu wa bora jana leo ni kali zaidi, kesho ikifika bora jana. Umekua wimbo wa watu walio katika hali ya chini ambao malalamiko kwao hayaishi kila siku. Wamekua watu wa “tungejua ukweli kabla, tusingempa vema”, Tabaka hili sijui niliite la watu wavumilivu kwa ujasiri ama wavumilivu kwa uoga, ama waoga kwa ujasiri ama wavumilivu wa uoga. Ni vituko vinavyofanyika katika maisha yetu ya kila siku.
Kwa upeo wako najua utakua umeyasikia maigizo haya kwenye baadhi ya vyombo vya habari. Yule kashutumiwa kaiba kiasi fulani, huyu katumia ofisi vibaya, mwingine kaingia mkataba wa uongo, mwingine kachangisha fedha za kuwapoozea wenzake. Maigizo yasiyo na mwisho kwakuwa waigizaji hawa wanapokezana nafasi ya muigizaji mkuu. Ndio maana nashindwa kuelewa hawa nao niwaweke katika tabaka lipi. Je hawa ni majasiri katika kufanya mambo yao ya kurudisha nyuma gurudumu letu ama nao ni waoga ndio maana wamekosea mpaka wakajulikana.
Kama kweli sisi ni majasiri basi tuwe majasiri wa vitendo na sio majasiri wa kuongea lakini waoga wa vitendo. Tatizo letu sisi tunaongea sana kuliko kutenda, na ujasiri wetu wa kuongea tungali ugeuza ukawa wakutenda na uoga wa kuongea tungekua tumepiga hatua kwa kuwawajibisha wanaotusaliti.
Nisingependa kuongea sana kwakua mimi mwenyewe ni mtanzania, ila kwakua nasherehekea miaka 50 ya Uhuru kwa huzuni kwani tunakuongea sana lakini matendo hakuna, huzuni ya kutokuwawajibisha wakwapuzi wa mali zetu. Ningependa kuwauliza wananchi wenzangu kwamba Ujasiri tulionao ni upi? wakuvumilia maovu?, ni ujasiri kwa kua tuna matumaini mwokozi atarudi?, ujasiri wa kuogopa kuwawajibisha waovu?, ama ni uoga wa kufanya maamuzi.
Maana mimi ninavyoelewa kwenye kisanduku cha kuweka vema uko peke yako, nikimaanisha uko wewe, akili yako, ufahamu wako wa sera za ukweli na uongo. Hivi sisi ni majasiri wa uongo ama wa ukweli, au ni kwamba hatujielewi,  haiwezekani vema uweke wewe, kisha lawama umpe yeye na yule. Embu jaribu kuwa jasiri wakati wakuweka vema, chagua kilicho bora kwa ujasiri, kwani uoga wako kwa binadamu mwenzako ni kumtukuza asiyestahili kutukuzwa. Hofu na uoga unatakiwa ni kwa aliye juu mbinguni na sio kwa aliye juu madarakani hapa duniani. Wazazi wanawarithisha watoto uoga, watoto nao wanawafundisha wenzao uoga.
Mimi nadhani tunahitajika tubadilike sisi kwanza ndipo na sisi tunaweza kufanya mabadiliko ya kimaendeleo. Mabadiliko yoyote huanza na sisi wenyewe, tujibadilishe kwanza sisi wenyewe ndipo tutaweza kushirikiana katika kuleta maendeleo ya jamii yetu. Namaanisha uitakase nafsi yako kwanza ndipo utapata ujasiri wa kuitakasa nafsi ya mwenzako. Kama wewe ni mkosefu huwezi kupata ujasiri wa kuwakosoa wenzako, lazima utawatetea wakikosea. Utasikia tu "kila binadamu anakosea, tusimlaumu sana Mzee wetu, mwacheni apumzike, amefanya mengi sana". Nauliza mengi yapi? Je ni mazuri ama mabaya"?. Tusikae kulalama ama kusubiri mkombozi wetu arudi au aje. Wakombozi ndio sisi wenyewe na ukombozi wa makombozi ni kujikomboa wewe mwenyewe. Kumbuka kumkichwa ni wewe!

"A PLACE TO BE" a monkey’s story


It’s a place where you can see a beautiful sun shine every morning on the top of the mountain smiling at you with a “Hello Lovely one! Good morning. 
 
"My home Jungle is a place to be, I have to go back to my jungle” these were the monkey’s last words to the bird who hates goodbyes.

       Once upon the time, there was a monkey, who used to dream of going far away from the small jungle he was born. A monkey was kind a furious to stay in the same place for such a long time. He felt hectic to see same things, same monkeys, same atmosphere, same trees and same features all the time. He wondered how wonderful it will be for him to go far from where he was.
There it came a time the destiny was calling him, and he has to keep the ball rolling and to push his feet away from his native land to the Concrete Jungle. The monkey was so happy because he was looking forward to live another kind of life he had never think of it and never experience it before. His father use to tell him that “if you think you can and then you do it, then you can, because if you can't do it and then you have had never thought of it that you can do it, nobody will do it for you”.
To tell you the truth life in the concrete jungle was the survival for the fittest, neither in the system nor outside the system. For the time he came to realize that “every monkey is for himself and god is for us all”. Due to the hardship of life and the ups and downs, his thoughts taught him that “every monkey must pull his own weight inside the concrete jungle. No one will dare to give you the hints on how to survive. It’s you and your thoughts, and you must be tough and wise to strike while the iron is hot. If you will dare to take or to touch or to poke your nose on other monkeys business, then you will get a free ticket to the grave”.
The life in the concrete jungle discomforted him, because he has never stopped himself from thinking of what should he will do in order to survive and how can he conquer a small fortune for his own kingdom.
The food and fruits was disgusting, the shortage of water and other artificial features contributed for him to be furious of the Concrete Jungle. The Atmosphere was pit full like inhaling the air from the ventilation of the purgatory. This made him sick and tired of the Concrete Jungle, and he admitted that “I would never forget this Jungle for only two reasons, one is what I have leant so far, and second I had once found the beautiful bird inside it”. He wished not to leave this place, but he once said he can’t see his future in the Concrete Jungle. He said to the bird “I have to go back to my jungle for a while to clear my head and to see what I can do for the next few days to come and for the future.
The rush hours and traffics were some of things that opened his mind and made him realize how beautiful his home jungle is. He said that “My home jungle is a place to be, a place where you can see the monkeys showing love to each other while the birds are singing beautiful songs, the Natural features, the Fresh Atmosphere and the cool air that can crack your bones if not well covered with warm cloths. It’s a place where you can see a beautiful sun shine every morning on the top of the mountain smiling at you with a “Hello Lovely one! Good morning. My home Jungle is a place to be. “I have to go back to my jungle” these were the monkey’s last words to the bird who hates goodbyes.

“MiWANi YA BABU”

                Mwanzoni mwa miaka ya nyuma hali ilikua tete katika kijiji chetu na kupelekea babu kufanya mabadiliko makubwa katika mfumo wakuendesha kaya na koo zote, babu yetu ndiye aliyekua mkuu wa kaya zote, yeye ndiye aliyepewa mamlaka ya kuongoza kaya zote katika kijiji chetu kwakua alikua na ujuzi na alipata miwani iliyomuezesha yeye kuona na kuweza kuongoza kaya zote. Wakati babu anakabidhiwa uongozi wa kijiji chetu kulifanyika tambiko kubwa katika moja ya kaya za vijiji vyetu, kaya ambayo babu alipendekeza iwe makao makuu ya kijiji chetu, na kaya nyingine alitaka iwe ya kufanyia biashara. Chakushangaza mpaka leo kaya hiyo bado haijafanywa makao makuu ya kijiji wakati shughuli nyingi za kijiji zikipelekwa kwenye kaya ya kibiashara, hii inaonesha ni kwa namna gani ushauri uliotolewa na babu kwa kutumia miwani yake unavyopuuziwa.

              Tokea babu alipofariki kijiji chetu kimekua kikiyumba sana, kwa kua tokea mwanzo hata wakati wa uwepo wa babu tulikua hatuna msingi imara wakuweza kukiendesha kijiji chetu pasipo kutegemea wageni kutoka vijiji vya nje. Hii ilitokana na shinikizo alilolipata babu la kuondolewa madarakani, ambayo ilimlazimu babu kuachia uongozi wakijiji baada ya kuona shinikizo linazidi juu ya mfumo aliouchagua kua ndio utakaofaa kuendesha kijiji chetu. Wakati babu anafariki aliniachia miwani yake, aliniambia mjukuu wangu miwani hii kama utaitumia vizuri basi itakusaidia kuona pale wanapoficha, utawanona pale watakapodanganya, na utawaona wale wasiotaka kufuata misingi tulioinanzisha, na utawaona wasaliti watakaokisaliti kijiji chetu, ila kwakua mjukuu wangu miwani hii ni ufunguo wa maisha yenu, yako na kizazi cha baadae, nakusihi miwani hii iwe msingi wa kukukomboa wewe na kizazi chako, kisha na nyinyi kwa pamoja muwakomboe na wenzenu dhidi ya ubaghili na ubinafsi wa nafsi utakaoingia katika kijiji chetu, kwani kuondoka kwangu najua mengi yatabadilika na nimeshawaona wengi mafisi wakikitamani hiki kijiji chetu ila miwani hii ndio ukombozi wenu, naomba muitumie kwa malengo ya kuleta mabadiliko chanya katika jamii ya kijiji chetu.

             Sasa ni miaka mingi imepita tokea kuondoka kwa babu yetu na jemedari aliyelisongesha gurudumu la maendeleo katika kijiji chetu na kuondoka kwake ni kweli mengi yamebadilika, ila kwa kutumia miwani ya babu nimeona mambo mengi yanavyopelekwa ndivyo sivyo, kama babu alivyonisisitizia ya kwamba "kuondoka kwangu mjukuu wangu kwa kutumia miwani yangu utaona mengi yatakavyopelekwa ndivyo sivyo"

             Tazama yanayofanywa na wasomi wa kijiji chetu, wameshasahau ya kwamba mategemeo ya wanajamii kwa wasomi ni mabadiliko kutokana na kisomo walichokipata, na sio uharibifu kwa kisomo walichopata. Nakumbuka babu alisema “msomi asisahau jembe, jembe ndilo limempa uwezo wa kuishika kalamu”, lakini kwa miwani ya babu leo namuona msomi analitupa jembe lililompa akili namna ya kushika kalamu. Wasomi wamekua ni watu wasiotaka kuleta maendeleo chanya bali wametuleta uhasi na uhasama ndani ya kujiji chetu. Wamekua ni watu wenye tamaa na wasio na nia nzuri na kijiji chetu. Imefikia mpaka wanakijiji wamepoteza imani na wasomi wa kijiji chetu kutokana na tamaa zao za madaraka, maisha mazuri, kujilimbikizia mali huku wakiwaacha wanakijiji wetu katika kipindi kigumu sana kwani hali ya maisha ya sasa ni tofauti na kupindi alichokuwapo babu.

             Miwani ya babu imeona kuwa amani tuliyonayo katika kijiji chetu sio amani kama mioyoni mwetu tuna malalamiko juu ya mfumo wa maisha ya sasa yalivyo na hatuna pakuyapeleka, kwani kwa kutumia miwani ya babu nimeona ya kwamba “amani ni maandalizi ya vita vingine”, na wakati wa vita hivyo tutajaribu kutafuta amani ya kweli ila nayo tutaitumia kuanzisha tena vita nyingine, amani tutakayoipata ni kupumzika kwa amani kwa matumaini ya kupata amani. Babu alisisitiza kuwa kama tunataka tuwe na kijiji cha amani basi yatupasa kuacha chokochoko za kutaka kuvunja muunganiko wa kijiji chetu, tusizungumzie sana kuvunjika kwetu kwamba ndio kutakua chanzo cha maendeleo. Miwani ya babu hapa inaona ubinafsi katika pande moja kwamba kuunganika kwa kijiji chetu na chao ndio chanzo cha maendeleo yao kurudi nyuma. Ila kama wangelijua umuhimu wa muunganiko wa kijiji chetu na chao basi wasingechokoa kuitafuta vita wakati tuko katika kuitafuta amani ya kunyanyasika kisaokolojia na kifikra. Na hii miwani ya babu haitaacha kamwe kuona na kuongea kwakua hatuna imani na amani tuliyopewa na viongozi wa kijiji chetu. 

Nakumbuka babu alituambia tusiuguse mbuyu ule mpaka tutakapopata wataalamu wa kuvuna mabuyu ya mti ule, sasa hali imebadikika tokea kuondoka kwa babu, wageni wengi toka vijiji vya nje wanamaliza mabuyu na kutuachia mibuyu mitupu. Miwani ya babu imeona usaliti wa viongozi wa kijiji chetu ambao babu aliniambaia kwa kutumia miwani hii utawona wasaliti. Kijiji chetu kimejaa wasaliti kwakua hakuna aliye na uzalendo, uamninifu, anayewajibika, anayesimamia haki. Kupotea kwa misingi hii kunasababisha viongozi wa kijiji chetu wenye tamaa kulipeleka ndivyo sivyo gurudumu la maendeleo ya kujiji chetu. Mibuyu yote wamewaachiwa wageni eti wao ndio wanautaalamu wakuyavuna mabuyu hayo, ila sisi tutapata faida kwa kuwakatoza ushuru na kwa kupata gawiwo kwa mavuno hayo. Kwa kweli mimi nimeshindwa kuwaelewa viongozi wa kijiji chetu. Yaani wanawaachia wageni wamumunye utamu wote wa mabuyu, kisha sisi watuachie matetere ya ubuyu, hivi tunakipeleka wapi kijiji hiki?.

Babu alituhimiza kua kijiji chetu kisiwe na utengano wa koo, tusijitambue kwa koo wala tusiendekeze ubinafsi wa koo. Ila kwakutumia miwani ya babu naona ubinafsi wa koo umeingia katika kijiji chetu. Hii inajitokeza kwa baaadhi ya koo fulani kuweka ubinafsi kwa tamaa ya kujiletea maendeleo wao kwa wao, na ilidhihirika wakati wa kumchagua viongozi wapya wa kijiji chetu, kwani ukoo wa babu ndio unaoongoza kijiji  chetu tokea kuwepo kwa babu hadi sasa. Imefikia kipindi maendeleo yanagawanywa kwa kuangalia ukoo, hali hii inaleta uhasama ndani ya kijiji chetu kwani ndio moja ya amani amabayo sio amani bali maandalizi ya vita vingine. Ingawa babu alisema “vita vikali vitatokea ndani ya ukoo wangu na vitazidi vita kati ya ukoo wangu na ukoo mwingine” kwa tamaa ya madaraka iliyowatawala viongozi wa kijiji chetu na hali ya malalamiko ya wanakijiji ilivyo sasa, panaweza pakazuka vita kali sana.  Na kwakua kijiji chetu hakijawahi kuingia katika vita kati ya ukoo na ukoo, hali itakua mbaya sana kwani hatujui ni kwa namna gani tutaweza kuimaliza vita hiyo na kufikia  muafaka.  Miwani ya babu pia imeoma ubinafsi wa viongozi wa kijiji chetu kutaka kuwatumia vijana na wanakijji kama ngao yao wakati wa wamapigano yao. Wamekua ni watu wa kuwajaza vijana uongo ili vijana waone kwamba wanapigania haki kumbe hakuna chochote wanachopigania bali matakwa na tamaa za madaraka ya viongozi.

Ndio maana Babu alitushauri kwamba tusome kwa bidii ili tuwe na ufahamu wa mambo, kwamba tuwe na malengo na tunavyovitafuta. Alituambia malengo ya elimu tunayopata ni kutuwezesha kukabiliana na mazingira yetu yanayotuzunguka. Alisema kipimo kizuri cha akili tuliyonayo ni namna utakavyoikabiliana na hali itakavyotujia au mazingira yatakavyokujia  katika kipindi ambacho haujajiandaa au haukuifahamu. Na kwa kutumia miwani hii ya babu, maneno  haya aliyoyanena mwishoni ndio miwani ya babu aliyonipa kuweza kuchambua hali ilivyokua, ilivyo na itakavyokua. Hivyo nakushauri kijana mwenzangu, tumia miwani hii ya babu kutambua ni miwani gani ya babu aliyotuachia. Ukishaitambua miwani hiyo basi ukae chini na kuangalia wapi ulipotoka, wapi ulipo na ni wapi unapoelekea. Usikubali kupelekwa  pelekwa tu na mfumo nyonyevu kama bendera mbele ya upepo. Kama kijana wa kileo unatakiwa ujue nini kinaendelea katika dunia yetu na wapi kijiji chetu kilipo, na kwa namna gani unaweza kushiriki kama kijana kusongesha mbele gurudumu la mendeleo. Tambua kijana kwamba hakuna kisicho na umuhimu kilicho hai {chenye kuishi}, hivyo uwepo wako unamaana kubwa sana kama utatambua kwamba uwepo wako una maana kubwa. Ndio maana sintochoka kukuambia na kukukumbusha ya kwamba umoja wetu ndio nguvu yetu, tukijiunga mimi na mimi tunapata sisi. Kumbuka kumkichwa ni wewe!

Grandmaster Records ni studio iliyoanzishwa mnamo mwaka 1999, lakini ilianza rasmi shughuli za muziki mwaka 2000, ilianzishwa na wanafamilia watatu watoto wa Mzee Blass Mallya ambao ni John Blass Grand (John B) ,Dennis Mallya na Alphonce Blass Mallya. Wazo la kuanzisha studio hii lilitokana na kwamba vijana wengi walipenda kwenda nyumbani kwa  Mzee Mallya kukaa na kuimba nyimbo zao kwakutumia ala zilizokua kwenye kinanda, kundi la Terrible Clan lilikua la kwanza, na walianza kuimba kwa kutumia kipaza sauti cha redio kwa beat ya ala zilizokua kwenye kinanda hicho. Ilikua ni mwishoni mwa mwaka 1999 ambapo Dennis na Alphonce waliposafiri kwenda nchini Botswana na kukutana na rafiki wa familia aliyefahamika kwa jina la Solo, ambaye alikua mtayarishaji wa muziki nchini humo. Solo aliwapa wazo la kufanya muziki na aliwapa mfumo wa ndani wa kinakilishi, ambayo waliitumia katika kutengenezea mapigo ya muziki (beat). Wazo lingine la kufanya muziki, walilipata kwa binamu yao Joachim 'Master-j' Kimaryo mmiliki wa studio ya Mj Production, bila kumsahau motisha waliyoipata toka kwa Deo Mhumbira aliyekua amesomea masuala muziki na pia  ni mwimbaji wa nyimbo za kwaya (Gospel).
John Blass akiwa studio za GM mwaka 2000

Mwaka 2000 ndipo walipoanzasha rasmi studio ya Grandmaster, wakichagua jina la mwanamuziki wa kimarekani Grandmaster Flash (Joseph Sadler), ambaye John B anasema GrandMaster Flash aliwavutia mioyoni katika kujishughulisha na muziki. Walianza na Kompyuta moja ya Pentium 1 na kipaza sauti kimoja cha redio na kinanda kimoja. Chumba walichokichagua kuwa studio kilikua ni chumba cha kufanyia mazoezi (Gym) iliyokua nyumbani kwao. Nyimbo ya kwanza kutengenezwa ilikua inaitwa “Nani anayetaka kupambana” ya dakika sita (6) ya wasanii kumi na mbili wa kundi la Terrible Clan, beat ilitengenezewa Grandmaster na kisha kuchanganywa nyumbani kwa Gsan Rutta waX Plastaz. Nyimbo nyingine zilizofuata ni “Nipe Tano” ya msanii wa Hip HopUmbwa Lotuno (Chindo Man), ambapo kwenye mashairi yake ya wimbo wa “Nimesota Sana-Chindo ft JCB by Grandmaster Productions" (2010) anasema “mwaka 2000 mi ndo MC wa kwanza kurekodi Grandmaster ‘nipe tano’, kipindi hicho naimba toung twister fasta”.

Mwaka 2001 ndipo ulitengenezwa wimbo wa kwanza wa Aptii Mohamed Ismail ulioitwa “Life Story”, na mwaka 2002 Aptii na Snaff walifanya wimbo mwingine ulioitwa “Jimama” na pia msanii Rama B alifanya wimbo wake ambao ulitamba katika vituo mbalimbali nchini, wimbo huo uliitwa  “Mtarajiwa” . Chindo Man naye alifanya tena wimbo mwingine wa “Weekend”.

 Mwaka 2003 ulitengenezwa wimbo wa Babu Ally “Ni Moto”.Mwaka huo wa ndipo mafanikio pia yalianza kuonekana kwani wimbo wa msanii CK “Picha halisi” ulifanikiwa kuchaguliwa kati ya nyimbo tatu bora zilizoshinda TUZO ZA KILIMANJARO kwa mkoa wa Arusha. Miongoni mwa nyimbo za kwanza kabisa kuonesha mafanikio Grandmaster ni pamoja na wimbo wa CK ulioitwa “Anasakwa na Polisi”. Ushindi wa CK katika tuzo hizo za KLM kuliwapa moyo, kwani kulikua na ushindani mkali sana katika tuzo hizo. CK ni msanii pekee kutoka lebo yao aliyefika mpaka nafasi ya mwisho. Kwani makundi mengie mawili yaliyokuwa chini ya lebo yao yaliyoingia katika kumi bora katika mashindano hayo yalitolewa na CK ndiye aliyepita katika tano bora pamoja na wakali Mandojo na Domokaya, lakini mpaka nafasi za tatu za mwisho ni CK alikuwemo.

Mwaka 2004, vijana wa kundi la Black Unit walitengenezewa wimbo ulioitwa “Nimeadhirika” ambao ulidhaminwa na CHAWAKUA kwa ajili ya kutahadharisha watu kuhusiana na ugonjwa hatari wa UKIMWI. Mwaka huohuo palitokea tamasha kubwa jijini Arusha ambalo lilishirikisha wasanii wengi wa mikoani, ambapo wasanii kutoka kundi hilo Salim (Sally B) na Frank (Son/Sad P) waliokua wanajulikana kwa jina la Space Unit walialikwa ila kutokana na ukweli kwamba nyimbo walizokua nazo zilikuwa ni kwaajili ya uelimishaji rika, iliwabidi waingie studio siku hiyohiyo ya tamasha na kurekodi wimbo wao uliojulikana kwa jina la ‘’Miss Tabasam’’ kisha wakaufanyia mazoezi hapo hapo studio huku maandalizi ya tamasha hilo yakiendelea.  ‘’Miongoni mwa vitu ninavyovutiwa navyo kazini ni pamoja na kushiriki katika furaha na mafanikio wanayopata wasanii, mapokezi ya vijana wa Space Unit yalikua mazuri sana, wasanii kama Sir Juma Nature na wengine walionesha support kubwa sana, ilikua moja ya kumbukumbu muhimu sana kwani pale tuliona kwamba na sisi tunafanya kazi na zinapokelewa na kuheshimika’’ alisema John B. Mafanikio yalijionesha pia katika marudio ya wimbo huo wa “Miss Tabasam” wa kundi hilo la Space Unit. Kundi hili lilifanikiwa kuwa wasanii wa kwanza wa studio hiyo Kushinda Tuzo hizo za KLM kwa wanamuziki wa mikoani kwa mwaka 2004. Ndio pia ukawa wimbo wa kwanza kutengenezewa video mkoani Arusha ukichanganywa na baadhi ya video za onesho walilofanya katika utoaji wa tuzo hizo mwaka 2004. Kundi hilo lilijizolea umaarufu na pia walilitangaza vyema jina la GrandMaster Records. Mwaka huu walifanikiwa kuongeza vifaa vipya kwenye studio kama Computer, Software na kipaza sauti kimoja.

Kuanzishwa kwa Video Production

Mwaka 2007, Dennis Mallya aliyekua akisomea GRAPHICS DESIGNING alikuja na wazo la kuanzisha kitengo cha Video Production. Na ndipo walipoanza kutengeneza video kwa wasanii mbalimbali, ikiwemo shooting ya wimbo wa “Arusha” ya JCB ft Arusha All Stars naCharlotte Hill O'Neal (Mama C), Nauza kura yangu ya Bonta, Kila kitu Nyerere – Bonta, Style tatu ya Stopa Rhymecca Yokoi (Jerome) na nyinginezo.

Mwaka 2008 John alipewa nafasi ya kwenda kwa binamu yake Master J kutengeneza albamu ya msanii wa kundi ka “WATUKUTU” Joni Woka. Miongoni mwa nyimbo zilizokuwemo katika album hiyo, ni pamoja na “Nikikupata(Nieleze)” ambayo baadaye Dennis alitengeneza video yake maeneo ya Arusha na Dar es Salaam. Wimbo huu ulipata kurushwa na vituo vingi vya redio na runinga, na ulijipatia umaarufu mkubwa na kuzidi kulitambulisha jina la Grandmaster. Pia ilikua ni albam ya kwanza ya John kuitengeneza chini ya studio za Master J na Grandmaster. Album hiyo ilisambazwa na Mamu Stores ambayo ni kipande cha kampuni ya GMC, pia ilishirikisha wasanii wengine wakubwa kama Chelea Man, Bambo, Mtanga, Kingwendu, Wagosi wa Kaya, Keisha na Danny Msimamo.
Mwaka 2009 John anasema ni mwaka uliompa faraja zaidi pale wimbo wa msanii Naba B “Mwanaume wewe” uliposhinda katika tuzo za Kilimanjaro. Anasema siku hiyo alikua anaumwa lakini kwa kua alimuahidi Naba B kwamba atamtengenezea wimbo huo, ilimbidi atengeneze hivyo hivyo akiwa anaumwa mpaka saa tatu usiku. Naba B alipata wakati mgumu kufika na kushiriki lakini alifakiwa kushiriki na kubuka mshindi. John alipokea taarifa za ushindi wa Naba B akiwa Hospitalini. Hivyo ikampa John moyo wakuendelea kufanya shughuli za muziki kwani ilimdihirishia kwamba akiongeza jitihada basi ataweza kufika mbali.
Mwaka 2010 aliendelea kufanya muziki na wasanii wa kundi la “Watukutu”, ambapo John anasema kuwa siku moja walikua mawekaa nje ya studio yeye, Ras Lion na Joni Woka, walikua wakitaniana, katika matani Ras Lion akasema Hii kitu hii, kweli inaleta matatizo’’ Ndipo Woka akamwambia iyo kitu bonge ya idea, John akajua wanafanya utani, kesho yake wakaja na mashairi ya wimbo huo ukaanza kufanyiwa kazi, wakatoa wimbo huo wa “Hii Kitu”, ambao baadae Dennis Mallya aliutengenezea video. Ni moja kati ya nyimbo zilizopata kurushwa hewani na vituo vya runinga na pia kuchezwa katika redio mbalimbali nchini. Wimbo huo ni moja kati ya nyimbo zilizopamba album yao ya pamoja iliyojulikana kwa jina la “Sumu ya panya”.
Mwaka 2011 ni mwaka wetu naweza kusema ingawa bado sijaachia nyimbo nyingi redioni ila kwa mikakati tuliyonayo na nyimbo tulizotengeneza, unaweza ukawa ni mwaka wa mafanikio kwetu sisi na wanamuziki waliofanya muziki katika studio yetu ya GrandMasters. John alisema yeye akishirikiana na matayarishaji mwenzake wa muziki wa Noizmekah Productions Arusha anayefaamika kwa jina la Def Xtro, kwa pamoja wanaandaa Project “GrandNoiz” kwa lengo la kuwainua na kuwapa kipaumbele wasanii wa Arusha katika tasnia ya muziki, kwani wanaamini ya kwamba mkoa wa Arusha una wasanii wengi na wenye vipaji ila wamekosa tu mwongozo mzuri.

Alisema kuwa Project hiyo inawashirikisha wasanii kama Almando Chalii Mtoto Wa Bibi, Bayo,G Nako, Z Anto, FBG, Structure P, J4C, Veejay na msanii toka Kenya “Cannibal Shattah”.

Wimbo mwingine ni “Life dili”, uliowashirisha  wasanii kama JCB (watengwa recs),  Stopa Rhymecca Yokoi (Jerome) (Waturutumbi)  na Joes (North Dwellers 144), ambao audio imeshakamilika ila kwa video bado kuna vipande havijamaliziwa. Project nyingine tuliyonayo ni ya wimbo wa “Making History” iliyowashirikisha wasanii kama Roma, Stopper Rhymes, Dojo, Jose Mtambo na , ambao uko kwenye audio. Project ya “Dislimination” ya Dee Cee - Tanzania Hip Hop Artist na Slim ambayo imeshakamilika, iko sokoni, ambapo ukinunua T-shirt ya “Dislimination” unapata CD yao Bure.
 ‘’Kazi ni nyingi ila naomba tu fans na wasanii waniwie radhi kwani kuna mengi kwa ajili yao ila muda unabana sana kwasababu ya masuala ya shule’’, alisema John.

John mabaye kwa sasa ni mwanafunzi wa mwaka wa nne katika chuo kikuu cha Nairobi, akisomea degree ya masuala ya biashara (B.Com), alisema  “napenda sana muziki, kwani huwa unanipa furaha pale ninapo shughulika nao” alisema zaidi ya kutengeneza beat yeye anaweza kupiga kinanda, ingawa anatamani kujifunza code za kupiga gitaa. Katika changamoto zinazomkabili John hakusita kuzungumzia ushirikiano baina ya watu, alisema “Hakuna faida ya mimi kushindana na wewe ila kuna faida ya mimi kushirikiana na wewe” Ushirikiano umetutoa mbali na nina mategemeo utatufikisha mbali zaidi kwani unachangia kujifunza mambo mengi na kufungua milango mingi sana kwenye muziki na katika maisha kwa ujumla. Pia alizungumzia chuki kama moja ya kitu kinachorudisha maendeleo nyuma, Kuhusu mgao wa umeme  John alisema “Nimeshuhudia kwa macho yangu, na naweza kusema kuwa uhalifu umeongezeka na utazidi kuongezeka Jijini Arusha, hali ya kimaisha imeshuka sana na vijana wengi waliojiajiri kwa kupitia nishati hiyo wanapata wakati mgumu kimaisha”.
